Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Support and coach team members, recognizing their contributions and celebrating successes.
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure smooth service and strong results.
• Setting up the next shift for success after your own shift ends.
• Ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing other essential functions.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to support and lead across both front- and back-of-house operations.
• Positive attitude and the ability to lead with energy and consistency.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing other tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

Pay

USD $14.50 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
