About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards.
  • Support team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
  • Delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient service and strong results.
  • Set the next shift up for success by owning open, mid, or close routines.
  • Recognize and celebrate team members' contributions and shift wins.
  • Communicate clearly with the team and address issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
  • Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency, especially during busy shifts and peak hours.
  • Willingness to support and lead across both front- and back-of-house operations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Skills

Pay

The pay range for this position is USD $14.50 - USD $21.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 6-8 hours long and can vary based on business needs.
