Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support our teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Support team members in providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient service and positive outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with team members and address issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to all operational and safety protocols.
• Set up the next shift for success and recognize team members for their contributions.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency.
• Physical requirements: standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay

USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
