Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires previous leadership or management experience, along with customer service and hospitality background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a successful shift by managing team dynamics and ensuring high-quality service.
• Support, coach, and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure smooth service and strong results.
• Setting the next shift up for success and recognizing team members for their contributions.
• Communicating clearly with the team and addressing issues as they arise.
• Ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Maintaining physical stamina to perform necessary tasks, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Obtaining and maintaining any required food safety licenses or certifications.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability and willingness to support and lead across both front- and back-of-house.
• Positive attitude and consistent leadership during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to perform necessary tasks.

Pay

USD $13.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
