Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Support and coach team members, recognizing their contributions and celebrating successes.
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient service and strong results.
• Setting up the next shift for success after your own shift.
• Ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing other essential tasks.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to support and lead across both front- and back-of-house roles.
• Positive attitude and ability to lead with energy and consistency.
• Physical requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing other essential tasks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.
• At least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and address issues as they arise.

USD $14.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
