Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, leading teams, and ensuring high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Support and coach team members, recognizing their contributions and celebrating successes.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth service and strong results.
• Own open, mid, or close routines, setting the next shift up for success.
• Communicate clearly with team members and address issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Meet physical requirements, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to support and lead across front- and back-of-house operations.
• Positive attitude and ability to lead with energy and consistency.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

Pay

The pay range for this position is USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts vary based on business needs, typically ranging from 4 to 6 hours per shift.
