Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Support team members in providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth service and achieve operational goals.
• Communicate clearly with team members and address issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and operational standards.
• Set up the next shift for success after completing your own shift.
• Recognize and celebrate team member contributions and successes.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency, especially during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Willingness to support and lead across both front- and back-of-house operations.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
