Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional food and guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Support and coach team members to improve performance and morale.
• Delegate tasks to ensure efficient service and high-quality outcomes.
• Set up the next shift for success and recognize team members for their contributions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and address issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency.
• Physical requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications.
• Age requirement: at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.

USD $16.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
