Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires previous leadership or management experience, along with customer service and hospitality background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a successful shift by managing team dynamics and ensuring smooth service.
• Support, coach, and motivate team members during all shifts.
• Uphold and model food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient service and results.
• Owning open, mid, or close routines and preparing the shift for the next day.
• Recognize and celebrate team member contributions and successes.
• Communicate clearly with the team and address issues promptly.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead and support both front- and back-of-house operations.
• Positive attitude and ability to lead with energy and consistency.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role.

USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
