Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours
• Support and coach team members to improve performance
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure smooth service and strong results
• Setting up the next shift for success after your own shift
• Recognizing team members for their contributions and celebrating successes
• Communicating clearly with team members and addressing issues promptly
• Ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Maintaining physical stamina for long periods of standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations
• Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform routine restaurant tasks
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
• Age 18 or older

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
