About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional food and guest experiences. This role requires previous leadership or management experience, along with customer service and hospitality background.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a successful shift by managing team performance and ensuring smooth service.
  • Support, coach, and motivate team members, especially during busy shifts and peak hours.
  • Uphold and model food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient service and strong results.
  • Owning open, mid, or close routines for the shift and preparing the next shift for success.
  • Recognize and celebrate team members' contributions and shift wins.
  • Communicate clearly with the team and address issues promptly.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
  • The ability and willingness to support and lead across both front- and back-of-house.
  • Energy, positivity, and consistency, especially during busy shifts and peak hours.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.
  • Able to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform routine restaurant tasks.
  • Able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • At least 18 years old.

Pay

USD $13.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
