About the role
Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring high-quality food and service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
- Support and coach team members to improve performance and morale.
- Delegate tasks to ensure smooth service and meet operational goals.
- Set up the next shift for success and recognize team members for their contributions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and address issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
Requirements
- Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
- Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency.
- Physical requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary food safety licenses or certifications.
- Age requirement: at least 18 years old.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay
The pay range for this position is USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 per hour.
Schedule
