What Would You Do? As a Shift Manager, you'll lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts while ensuring excellence in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC&V). You'll coach and support crew members, maintain operational standards, and create an environment where guests receive outstanding service every visit.
