Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift

- Ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager
- Meet targets during shifts
- Help assigned Departments meet goals
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Manage quality food production
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage safety and security
- Schedule staff
- Train crew
Requirements
- Leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
- Age 18 or older
