Restaurant Shift Leader

About the role

Marco’s Pizza is seeking energetic, goal-oriented team members who are passionate about people and results to join our management team as a Shift Leader. You’ll lead people, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales, and control costs for the restaurant in a fun, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.
• Create an environment that promotes the company culture and philosophies to attract, retain, and develop our people.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties to team members.
• Support production as needed and local store marketing and promotions.
• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lead a team to produce high-quality services and product.
• 18+ years of age.
