Restaurant Server - Von Elrods Beer Hall & Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests, including large parties and high-volume sections
• Follow proper steps of service, and safely carry and serve large beer steins during service
• Accurately enter orders and process payments at tables using Toast POS handhelds
• Demonstrate knowledge of beer styles, offerings, and basic pairing suggestions
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service quality
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout shifts

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting
• Experience working with large parties and high-volume service
• Familiarity with Toast POS (preferred)
• Strong understanding of steps of service
• Knowledge of beer styles and a willingness to continue learning
• Ability to carry multiple or large beer steins safely and efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
