About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our restaurant team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. You will be responsible for ensuring guests are greeted and served according to our high standards, taking and serving orders promptly, performing necessary side work, and addressing any questions about the menu.
Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests
- Take and serve guests' orders accurately
- Perform necessary side work and answer any questions about the menu
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Pitch-in and assist with other job duties as needed
- Work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
Requirements
You should have a keen eye for detail, respect for the importance of a positive guest experience, and a professional appearance and manner. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage your time effectively and work in a team environment.
