Restaurant Server - Arrowhead Golf Club - Part-time

Arrowhead Restaurant and Bar sits on a stunning 27-hole golf course. We provide fresh and handcrafted American fare with a unique touch, complemented by an extensive craft beer and wine menu.

About the role

We are looking for servers to join our team, dedicated to providing outstanding service to our guests. As a Server, you will greet guests, answer questions about menu items, inform them of daily specials, suggest wines and spirits that complement the menu, and ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service
• Answer questions about menu items and daily specials
• Suggest wine and spirit pairings to complement menu selections
• Verify guest age for alcoholic beverage service
• Complete onsite menu training and pass a final exam
• Handle trays, tubs, and other objects up to 30 lbs
• Operate a point-of-sale system

Requirements

• At least 19 years of age
• Service-oriented personality with strong listening and verbal skills
• Must hold or obtain Basset certification and ServSafe certification
• CPR/AED certified or obtain within three months of employment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Pay

$10.00 per hour, plus tips.

Schedule

20–28 hours per week. Hours vary, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
