Restaurant Server - AM - Part Time

About the role

Part-time Breakfast Server position at the Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at clean tables according to the seating chart
• Bring waters and menus to tables shortly after guest arrival
• Take food and drink orders, and make suggestions if requested
• Communicate food and drink orders to the kitchen
• Deliver drinks and food to tables
• Check in on guests to confirm satisfaction with orders and address any issues
• Collect plates when guests finish eating
• Offer the check once tables are cleared
• Restock the coffee station throughout the shift
• Collect payment from guests
• Clean and organize the restaurant at the completion of the shift
• Conduct all responsibilities in a prompt, friendly, and organized manner

Schedule

5:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Friday through Sunday
