What You'll Do
- Prepare fresh ingredients with precision, consistency, and care.
- Wash, chop, portion, and organize vegetables, meats, seafood, and other ingredients.
- Prepare sauces, dressings, soups, and other recipes according to our standards.
- Keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and ready for busy lunch and dinner services.
- Rotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
- Work closely with our line cooks and chefs to keep service running smoothly.
