About the role

You will visit restaurants to help them get started with products and services, working directly with managers and staff during the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Train restaurant teams on new technology, ordering platforms, and POS-related tools
• Help restaurants understand and effectively use software
• Support the launch and setup of new restaurant locations
• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff
• Identify ways to make restaurant operations easier and more efficient
• Work with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Product, and Account Management
• Troubleshoot basic onboarding issues and ensure restaurants are ready to use the platform
• Travel frequently to different restaurant locations
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the restaurant experience
• Manage multiple restaurant launches while ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
