Restaurant & Operations Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
• Schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
• Execute marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.)
• Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
• Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation
• Leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
• Delegate, delegate, delegate...
• Oversee the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
• Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• 2+ Years of Management Experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
• Bachelor’s Degree
• The ability to supervise center operations staff
• Strong Team Player
• Exceptional “People Developer”
• Customer Service Pro
• Knowledge of POS register systems

PAY AND BENEFITS

The pay rate for this position is $55-65k.
