We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Food and Beverage Management Team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our guests and we are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant and operations with energy and enthusiasm.
• Inspire and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
• Ensure impeccable service standards and foster memorable guest interactions.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to curate unique dining experiences.
• Drive revenue goals and oversee cost management.

Requirements

• Must have 2 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management in a hotel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
• A commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
• Must have Food Handler and TIPS certifications.
• Food Manager certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
