Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations and oversee restaurant performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a strong restaurant team

Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume settings
- Proven track record managing full-service dining operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction
