Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily restaurant operations to meet quality and service standards
- Management of staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team
- Maintenance of a welcoming, polished dining environment for guests
- Monitoring of financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaboration with kitchen staff to develop innovative and seasonal menu options
- Addressing guest feedback and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, focusing on polished casual dining
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, service styles, and current trends in the industry
Pay
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually
