Restaurant Manager, Little Palm

About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front of the house operations of the restaurant
• Select, develop, and coach team members
• Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies
• Drive revenues and ensure guest satisfaction
• Hire and train team members
• Avoid tasks such as assisting in menu creation and editing, interacting with customers for feedback, opening and closing the restaurant, and motivating team members during busy shifts

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager preferred
• Diligent, detailed, and patient personality
• Ability to handle a wide variety of people types both on staff and as guests
• Strong and patient leadership skills
