About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage daily front of the house operations of the restaurant
- Select, develop, and coach team members
- Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Drive revenues and ensure guest satisfaction
- Hire and train team members
- Avoid tasks such as assisting in menu creation and editing, interacting with customers for feedback, opening and closing the restaurant, and motivating team members during busy shifts
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager preferred
- Diligent, detailed, and patient personality
- Ability to handle a wide variety of people types both on staff and as guests
- Strong and patient leadership skills
