Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and staffing
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experience
  • Train, develop, and motivate restaurant team members

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Analyze financial reports and develop budget strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Pay

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually.

Schedule

Fully on-site position with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
