About the role

This is a full-scope restaurant leadership role where you are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while leading all aspects of the operation during your shift — front of house, back of house, team performance, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Restaurant Experience
    • Be present in the dining room during peak hours
    • Create a welcoming, engaging environment for every guest
    • Ensure service is warm, attentive, and efficient
  • Oversee the Full Operation
    • You are the manager on duty, responsible for the entire restaurant
    • Guide both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
    • Ensure smooth, coordinated execution from kitchen to dining room
  • Drive Service & Performance
    • Maintain our 30-minute guest experience standard
    • Support strong pacing, communication, and teamwork
    • Ensure food is prepared and delivered efficiently and accurately
  • Develop and Support Your Team
    • Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communication
    • Cook out expectations and consistent follow-through
    • Address performance issues with professionalism and care
  • Maintain Food Safety & Cleanliness Standards
    • Complete daily line checks and temperature logs
    • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
    • Keep the restaurant guest-ready at all times
  • Support Daily Business Operations
    • Assist with inventory and product management
    • Handle cash reconciliation and daily reporting
    • Clock in and out, and coordinate staffing flow, breaks, and shift execution

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments
  • Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability
  • Strong understanding of: guest experience and service flow, team leadership and coaching, food safety and cleanliness standards

Prioritization

  • Preferred: ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • PREFERRED: Experience in high-volume breakfast, brunch, or casual dining environments

Compensation

  • $55,000 base salary
  • $5,000 bonus potential
  • Company-paid medical & dental benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • PTO, sick time, and bereavement leave

Locations

We operate throughout the Main Line and surrounding suburbs. Managers are assigned a primary location, with occasional support across nearby restaurants.
