Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the Nudy’s experience every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Restaurant Experience: Be present in the dining room during peak hours, create a welcoming environment for every guest, and ensure service is warm, attentive, and efficient
- Oversee the Full Operation: Guide both front-of-house and back-of-house teams and ensure smooth execution from kitchen to dining room
- Drive Service & Performance: Maintain our 30-minute guest experience standard, support strong pacing, communication, and teamwork, and ensure food is prepared and delivered efficiently and accurately
- Develop and Support Your Team: Lead daily pre-shift meetings, coach and guide team members, provide clear expectations, and address performance issues with professionalism and care
- Maintain Food Safety & Cleanliness Standards: Complete daily line checks and temperature logs, ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and keep the restaurant guest-ready at all times
- Support Daily Business Operations: Assist with inventory and product management, handle cash reconciliation and daily reporting, and coordinate staffing flow, breaks, and shift execution
Requirements
REQUIRED:
- 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments
- Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability
- Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow, team leadership and coaching, and food safety and cleanliness standards
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience in high-volume breakfast, brunch, or casual dining environments
Qualifications
This Role May Not Be a Fit If You:
- Prefer a role focused only on customer service without operational ownership
- Have only worked in retail or café environments
- Are not comfortable leading both kitchen and service teams
- Prefer a more flexible or less structured management role
- Are not comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the day

Pay
$55,000 base salary, $5,000 bonus potential, company-paid medical & dental benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, sick time, and bereavement leave. The total compensation package provides strong overall value beyond base salary.
Schedule
6:30 AM – approximately 4:30 PM, daytime-only — no nights, 5-day work week, weekends and holidays required
