What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver seamless, intuitive, and gracious service at every guest interaction.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to CUT’s exacting fine dining standards.
- Build strong guest relationships through personalized service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Train, mentor, and develop FOH staff, fostering professional growth, teamwork, and a culture of excellence.
- Manage scheduling, labor budgets, and operational workflows to optimize service efficiency while meeting financial goals.
- Partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to drive operational performance and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety, and professionalism across all FOH operations.
- Represent CUT’s brand on the floor with confidence, warmth, and authority, ensuring every guest experience reflects our world-class standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or comparable FOH leader in a high-end New York City restaurant (fine dining, luxury hotel dining, or similarly prestigious establishments preferred).
- Exceptional knowledge of hospitality, food, wine, and cocktail culture, with a commanding yet approachable presence on the floor.
- Strong leadership style that inspires, motivates, and cultivates team performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for delivering elevated, memorable guest experiences and dedication to upholding CUT’s reputation for excellence.
