Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and uphold service standards
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse restaurant team
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and P&L performance
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop restaurant teams
• Experience with P&L management and operational metrics
• Passion for hospitality and delivering guest-first service
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay

Competitive salary of $52,000–$62,000 annually with performance bonus potential
