We're hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy fast-casual restaurant in Charlotte. You'll build and lead a strong team while delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting ambitious business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations and set team schedules
• Lead, train, and develop front- and back-of-house teams
• Drive revenue, control costs, and own the P&L
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Foster customer loyalty and build community relationships

Requirements

• Proven manager experience in high-volume restaurants
• Demonstrated success leading and coaching restaurant teams
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and operations
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
