The Shannon Rose Irish Pub is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their dynamic team in a high-volume, high-energy pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily pub operations to ensure great food, perfect pints, and excellent hospitality
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
• Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage opening & closing procedures
• Handle ordering, inventory, and cost controls
• Support financial performance and help drive sales
• Participate in short- and long-term business planning
• Lead by example and foster a positive, energetic work environment

Qualifications

• Prior current restaurant management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy pub setting
• Knowledge of craft and imported beers is a major plus
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality
