Restaurant Manager - Bar Sprezzatura

About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager at Bar Sprezzatura, you will be a hands-on leader in the dining room, driving service excellence, sales, and team development. Working alongside the GM and AGM, you’ll mentor staff, foster guest relations, and ensure operational success with the highest standards and level of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading all front of house operations
- Drive sales and staff training
- Foster guest relations
- Work closely with the general manager and assistant GM to further the success of the restaurant
- Maintain expertise in service, multi‑tasking, front door operations
- Execute the standards of a 1‑star Michelin establishment
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols
- Experience in staff training and strategic selling techniques
- Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Stamina to work in excess of 40 hours per week
