Restaurant Manager

About the role

Woodfield Boca Raton is adding to its Food & Beverage management team. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to exceed all member and guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Exceed all member and guest expectations
• Assure the highest standards of service are met including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, and cleanliness of food and beverage facilities
• Provide supervision and training to staff
• Supervise and train staff, develop and implement programs to increase sales within the restaurants, and implement controls to ensure budgeted food, labor, supplies, and other cost goals are maintained

Requirements

• 3-4 years supervisory experience in an upscale restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel or country club
• Flexible schedule
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hospitality degree or management degree, or relevant experience
• JONAS knowledge, preferred

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
