About the role

Mexican Sugar is a Pan-Latin restaurant offering refined dishes made from scratch with authentic ingredients and traditional cooking methods. The ideal Service Manager should have 2-3 years of high-volume sales and high-end restaurant experience and be bilingual in Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

  • Create a luxurious Latin American environment for Team Members and Guests
  • Cultivate a team and atmosphere ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience
  • Prepare beforehand and execute with determination and drive
  • Develop and train the team's experience as a top priority
  • Focus on driving sales and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow-up with new team members
  • Ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, standards, and quality standards
  • Participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness

Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in high volume, full-service environment
  • Passion for hospitality, results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
  • Food Manager Certification

Pay

$55k-$75k / year (plus, monthly profit share)
