About the role
Mexican Sugar is a Pan-Latin restaurant offering refined dishes made from scratch with authentic ingredients and traditional cooking methods. The ideal Service Manager should have 2-3 years of high-volume sales and high-end restaurant experience and be bilingual in Spanish/English.
Responsibilities
- Create a luxurious Latin American environment for Team Members and Guests
- Cultivate a team and atmosphere ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience
- Prepare beforehand and execute with determination and drive
- Develop and train the team's experience as a top priority
- Focus on driving sales and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow-up with new team members
- Ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, standards, and quality standards
- Participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness
Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in high volume, full-service environment
- Passion for hospitality, results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
- Food Manager Certification
