About the role
At Viva Chicken, we're looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have culinary management experience, a passion for food safety and service, and a commitment to creating an inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality food preparation
- Manage staff schedules and training programs to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe kitchen
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to meet business goals and objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry
- Experience with food safety standards and certifications (e.g., ServSafe)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old and employed with Viva for 3 months to be eligible for benefits
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
Base salary range: $50,000 - $55,000
Potential to earn total compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 per year
