About the Role
The manager directs the work of store employees to create and maintain a profitable environment that delivers best-in-class service, hospitality, food, and beverage to every guest. Responsibilities include managing costs, initiating local store marketing and recruiting efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment documentation.
Responsibilities
- Follow proper Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines
- Uphold cleanliness standards per Health Code and Quality Assurance Checks
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with the law
- Drive sales through operational excellence, local store marketing, and recruiting
- Hold kitchen staff accountable for safety, sanitation, and standards
- Handle cash responsibly, including assigning drawers, computing employee checkouts, and bank deposits
- Address alleged discrimination or harassment in accordance with policy
- Maintain a workplace free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, poor attitude, or poor work performance
- Coach, counsel, teach, and motivate all team members, including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls
- Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls meeting audition requirements
- Ensure Steps of Service and P.E.A.K.S. service standards are followed
- Hold team members accountable to standards, including Image & Costume Guidelines
- Maintain organized and updated training schedules, programs, and materials
- Execute training and development programs, including personal development
- Manage Performance Based Scheduling consistently
- Practice sound inventory control
- Dress and act professionally daily to set an example for employees
Requirements
- Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish skills are helpful
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and handle standardized situations
- Mathematical ability to compute proper change, settle checks, and perform accurate bank deposits
- Must attend orientation and agree to company policies and procedures
- Complete Twin Peaks manager training program before working unsupervised
- Complete all required training, including food and alcohol service certifications
Physical Demands
- Regularly stand for up to 10 hours, walk, use hands and fingers, and talk or hear
- Frequently reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally sit, lift, and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Work Environment
- Regular exposure to kitchen fumes or airborne particles
- Occasional exposure to wet/humid conditions, toxic/caustic chemicals, and loud noise
- Possible exposure to cigarette or cigar smoke in designated guest areas
