Responsibilities
- Set and maintain a guest-first culture focusing on speed, accuracy, and friendliness
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Develop and lead your team by training, coaching, and developing team members to reach their full potential
- Build a strong leadership pipeline within your store
- Provide clear expectations, feedback, and accountability
- Lead by example with a strong presence on the floor
- Drive operations and performance by ensuring execution of all brand, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Manage daily operations to maintain an efficient, organized environment
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance
- Own the business by managing and controlling labor, food cost, and operating expenses
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to drive growth
- Monitor KPIs and adjust operations to meet or exceed targets
Requirements
- 1+ year of food service management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Pay

Schedule
40–50 hours per week, 5–6 days per week, Weekends and holidays as needed
