About the role
Responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Oak Ridge restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to all food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure food preparation meets high quality standards.
- Manage inventory and budget to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Plan and execute special events and seasonal menus.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall restaurant performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and staff effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Valid Food Handler Certification.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with POS systems and CRM software.

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional weekend shifts.
