About the role

Responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Oak Ridge restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to all food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen staff and ensure food preparation meets high quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and budget to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Plan and execute special events and seasonal menus.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall restaurant performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and staff effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with POS systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional weekend shifts.
