About the role
Responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain standards of excellence.
- Manage inventory levels and plan procurement to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid food handler’s license.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
