About the role

Responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
  • Train and supervise staff to maintain standards of excellence.
  • Manage inventory levels and plan procurement to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid food handler’s license.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
