About the role

Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza, a New York Style Pizza restaurant, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead FOH & BOH operations, ensuring high standards of guest service and food quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of FOH & BOH operations
• Ensuring guest service and food quality standards are met
• Minimizing operating costs
• Boosting employee retention
• Delivering a positive dining experience for guests

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar hospitality industry experience
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha/Toast)
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Effective communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional hospitality certification is a plus

Pay and Schedule

Starting salary range: $55k to $60k per year, based on experience.
