Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and lead teams
• Experience with P&L management and effective scheduling
• Knowledge of food service operations and industry trends
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications

• Passion for food, sports, and craft beer
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for some locations)
