Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams through challenging situations and maintain morale.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and operational efficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems and guest feedback mechanisms.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Passion for sports and craft beer, with a knack for creating a lively atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
