Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.

• Manage the day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Engage with guests to ensure they have an exceptional dining experience.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and effective scheduling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Passion for sports and craft beer.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food service industry certification preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
