About the role

Sixty Vines is a nationally expanding brand that brings the wine-country experience to guests while reducing our carbon footprint. We’re looking for managers who are passionate about wine and food and can build teams that share that passion. This is an opportunity to influence the growth of a unique brand.

As part of a 3–5 person management team, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high food quality, cleanliness, team-member training, financial review, and guest satisfaction. You’ll also motivate the team to deliver excellent service in our chef-inspired, wine-centric restaurant, with a focus on work-life balance and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Adopt a guest-first mentality and live the culture with a high-energy, service-oriented attitude
  • Maintain strict standards for food and beverage quality
  • Train, develop, and mentor team members
  • Stay knowledgeable about all recipes, products, and production procedures
  • Drive sales and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow-up for new team members
  • Ensure all food and drink are prepared and served according to recipe and quality standards
  • Fill in where needed to maintain efficient operations and guest satisfaction
  • Participate in ordering, monitoring inventory, and maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness

Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Hardworking, outgoing, positive, and friendly
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Hospitality or Culinary field (preferred)
