We are seeking a Restaurant Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staff management, training, and leadership to meet sales, service, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, firing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
• Ensuring exceptional guest service and food quality according to established standards
• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment upkeep
• Controlling cash handling and reconciliation
• Developing and coaching staff for professional growth
• Preparing reports, schedules, and ensuring policy compliance
• Administering performance appraisals and corrective actions
• Adhering to health, safety, and labor regulations
• Managing labor costs and staffing needs based on business demands

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of hospitality or management experience
• Excellent math skills
• POS operation knowledge
• Mandatory Food Manager Certification
