About the role
Responsible for overseeing daily operations at a local restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and budgeting to minimize waste and maximize profits.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Plan and execute promotional events to increase business.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid Food Handler Certification.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
