About the role

Responsible for overseeing daily operations at a local restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen staff and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels and budgeting to minimize waste and maximize profits.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Plan and execute promotional events to increase business.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid Food Handler Certification.
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
