About the role
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Works with leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Leads a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction.
- Hires and develops Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
- Manages high-volume locations or hospitality/re retail experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.
Requirements
- 2 years management experience.
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
- A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/re retail.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to set and achieve goals.
- Experience with departmental management and coaching.

Pay
$48,000 - $65,000 per year.
