About the role

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Works with leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
  • Leads a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction.
  • Hires and develops Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
  • Manages high-volume locations or hospitality/re retail experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.

Requirements

  • 2 years management experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
  • A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/re retail.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to set and achieve goals.
  • Experience with departmental management and coaching.

Pay

$48,000 - $65,000 per year.
