Responsibilities
- Train, motivate, and lead team members to achieve excellence in hospitality
- Demonstrate leadership through coaching and team development
- Develop strategies to promote the brand within the local community via events and word-of-mouth
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food prep, purchasing, sanitation, and health codes
- Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and driving performance
- Understanding of business financials; food handler certification is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours
